"The condo was very spacious and nice inside. Our families like it. The pool and water park on site was walkable distance. We didn’t go to the water park or pool. The downstairs condo didn’t like that our families with kids were walking up the stairs and making noise. That was when we decide to cancel the remaining days. The management was understanding and process our refund. Our families did want to stay but not with that neighbors downstairs getting angry before quiet hours. "
