New property, nice new rooms, TV that didn’t have any working channels, terrible “free” wifi and smell of food throughout. Nice if our looking for a place to crash for the night, but “extended stay”? Nope.

They offer breakfast free in the website , is only cereal bars and coffe . I’m disappointed with that ,I reserved because the breakfast was included because my son has a tournament soccer early in the morning , take breakfast in the property sounds a good opción, but it’s wasn’t.

I really wish they advertised it’s a $147.50 security deposit and would specify that you will not receive that money back until 4-5days later. Even though we were told it was released back at checkout .

The mattresses had a nylon cover, and when I called the front desk, they told me that if I removed it, I would be charged for it. I spent the whole night bothered by the noise of the nylon underneath me.

We arrived late due to a flight delay. There was NO ONE on this property. The phone to call for late check in was dead. I finally got ahold of someone through a general phone line, who told me they were sold out and I didn’t have a reservation! Basically, the was SOL. But I paid Expedia $238 for this room.

We had prepaid for our room. When we went to check in we were told we did not have a room. Even with my paid receipt we were told they had no vacancy. Attendant told us this had just happened with another customer. Very frustrating as it was midnight and after a day of travel. Expedia said they would ref out money. Word of advise confirm your stays don’t assume

I will not visit this property in particular due to their business practices. Fortunately my plans had changed so it was only me but I had my reservation for 3 people. Had I come with those people, I would have had to go to another Extended Stay property due to this location only had the 1st and 4th floors available with only singles available. The room had no dishes, just 2 ice cube trays and a dish drying towel. I requested dishes because I chose to have a kitchen but that almost seemed like an alien concept. Once I went through the box, I realized that I had no soap or anything to clean said dishes. Most ESs I've stayed at have a small cleaning set, I was told that they would purchase a soap for me. This did occur for which I was grateful but still had nothing to physically clean the dishes. Upon check out, my deposit was returned but the person that checked me in did not run my card for my stay. I ended up having to swipe my card for payment of my room despite previously being told that everything was fine. I am hoping I do not have two charges.

They kind of pulled a bait and switch on the hotel reservation and sent us to another hotel nearby which I didn’t appreciate. They were doing this to many people coming in saying our room type was overbooked.
