"Space was great! Only downside was parking was a little far, they only left 2 trash bags, 2 laundry packets, 2 dishwasher tabs for 6 days for a family of 7. Other than that, things were good. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Bay Orlando. The room seemed pretty new and was very clean. Pools and hot tubs were open late which was a plus as well. They were a bit pushy about getting you to do their time share pitch, but otherwise really great. "

"Everything was fantastic- the food, accomodations, amenities, golf, location. Our room in the Grande tower was spacious and had everything we needed, plus great views. Eleven was a fantastic restaurant with live music and wonderful small plates. The Chophouse, Traditions, Clubhouse, and Sushi Bar restaurants were fantastic, too. All 3 golf courses were well-maintained and the Nicklaus course was challenging. Great pools, fitness center, ping pong, bocce ball, trails, etc. We even were able to rent a golf cart to get around during the week. The only drawback is that so many things are shut down by 6 pm. We would have enjoyed having more time in the afternoon for minigolf, waterpark, etc., and also wish there were more casual eating options in the evening."

"1. Inside the casino is very nice- lots of slots, very bright in the casino 2. Room is beautiful and exceptional clean 3. STAFF in poker room VERY VERY RUDE. 4. Overall staff experience is bad. The staff don't smile at all, nor talk to you at all - not even a "hi or "hello". SO RUDE. Bad review on customer service..... "
