"This was a great vacation rental! There were a couple minor issues that I believe will be fixed. The location is great, but if you are traveling during the on-season, you probably won’t have any parking. The pool and access to Croc’s was fantastic! We didn’t hear other people in the complex other than some construction during the day. The service was great and overall I highly reccomend!"

We get our bags up to the 4th floor to find the door codes don’t work at all. We call customer support on the phone forever. He can’t fix it has to call a local company to come out. "The View, the View, the view. Beds and living space were comfortable and first rate. Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) "

"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "
