"The Green Iguana is amazing! The location is perfect right in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. The entry to the alley is a little sketchy at certain times of the evening/night, but no one ever bothered us. The patio, pool and ocean crashing behind the fence make this the perfect place to just chill and have a cocktail or dinner. From the luxurious amenities to the picturesque views, every moment felt like a fairytale. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. "Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....
