"Check-in process was very simple and easy. Great communication with the management company. Everything about the condo was just as expected plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes and more than enough room. Location was excellent being in los Sueños resort area and easy to get to the beach club or the beach. Pools in condo complex were excellent. If you walked to either beach club or beach it would take 15 to 20 minutes however I recommend renting a golf cart through the management company. The...

"First time I have done with Vacasa. I learned no physical presence at check-in, led to big problems, asking for us to send out passports while we were waiting outside in 30 heat.Very poor communication five messages unanswered for over 16 hours. Overall bad experience will not do it again. Next time I will make sure they are physical check-in’s with people I can see."

"I am giving this 5 stars because the hosts were amazing and the view was phenomenal; however there are some things to note. The showers have lukewarm water (although every sink has hot water). This was very disappointing after being out on the beach and hiking all day as all we wanted was a hot shower. The water pressure was not great in the showers. "We returned after a 5 year hiatus (Bella Vivace) and this time stayed in Vista Vivace, this 2-story home and it was lovely! We looked forward to the views each morning and especially for the sunsets each early eve in beautiful weather. "This was an amazing place to stay for our anniversary trip to Costa Rica. You get wonderful accommodations, plenty of amenities to care for your own meals if you wish. The access to all the resort offerings was a wonderful bonus. This place can’t be beat."
