"This unit is complete undersold by VRBO.Usually when you arrive to a rental you find the pictures are nowhere near what the unit looks like. This was the exact opposite here. The rooms are all massive and immaculately clean. The porch is stunning with beautiful views. The pool is also quite large and not overcrowded. "This place was beyond beautiful and the balcony is very private. Great beach right in front and walkable to good restaurants. We even saw turtle tracks in the sand in front of the condo and had the most amazing sunsets! Comfortable beds and nice showers. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The condo itself is nice and was clean. Balcony offers a fantastic view of the pool. not as close to the beach as anticipated. Walking distance into town. Big problems with check-in and security not having our information. Additionally, although the pool was beautiful, the rules are ridiculous. No food or drink, no music, no cell phones. I go to this area a lot and have never seen this. Also lots of dogs and barking, despite the strict pool rules. All in all, nice condo, but better options...

"It was okay - neighbourhood is gross (like a lot of cities and towns in Costa Rica) it’s filthy with garbage everywhere, broken sidewalks, stray dogs, etc. not really anywhere to eat except little roadside stands.
