"Less than 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Very convenient location for tourists. Very nice guest room and public bath. Only thing I can complaint is the AC of the guest room floor aisle was bit too hot during winter. "

"Everything was so pretty in this hotel! My wife and I loved it! The only negative points that I have is that the elevators smells to cigarrete for some reason and there's no clock on the public bath so you can't check the hour in the meantime you are in :) "

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy access to public transport. "The rooms were okay but the staff though helpful seemed to not really know there jobs. They sent my luggage ahead and never put a label on it so it never arrived at my next destination. That seemed like a rookie move. I don’t think I would stay there again."

"This hotel is located just a few subway stops from Kyoto - a great choice if you want to be near nishiki market and the pokemon center. Also really convenient for getting to famous attractions like kinkakuji and kiyomizu-dera with direct buses within walking distance! Property wise, service is wonderful and the facilities are excellent."

"This hotel was in the perfect location, close to shops and the vibrant Nishiki Market, which was a highlight of my visit to Kyoto. The location is excellent, as it’s also not far from the city’s famous temple attractions. It made exploring Kyoto so convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!"

"The Kyoto Brighton is always one of the highlights of my visits to Kyoto. The staff is friendly and the area around it is very quiet. The accommodations are always clean and comfortable and it is not far from a number of places that are enjoyable to visit. It also has a very helpful shuttle for transit to Karasuma Oike station for those arriving from Kyoto station or wanting to explore the city! Would absolutely come back again!"
