"This is an old hotel that has an incredible charm to it. They have curated the experience in a beautiful way and both onsens in the hotel were beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The service was excellent, as were the meals. We loved our corner room, it was incredibly spacious and the view is spectacular. "

"It is very old. Bathroom tile has been cracking and mold. I did not check when i booked a room as a smoking room so it had a very bad smell and could not sleep good because of the smell of smells. all my clothes smell like tabaco. I can not believe still people needs smoking room. No one smoke inside anymore in USA."
