"The one bedroom suite is very spacious and had a very comfortable king size bed and good pillows. Very quiet, other than construction starting at 8am every morning. One Hot tub was out of order and the other one was not very hot but if the weather had been warmer, they would have been enjoyable. Nice pool area. Foosball and pingpong indoors for rainy days which was great."

This could allow for pests to enter, but the diligence of the room service staff along with the maintenance staff and the resulting cleanliness of the facility make it difficult for the critters to access the property."

"Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. "I would definitely recommend villas at regal palms because it was clean, cozy, well equipped and conveniently located to lots of shopping, things to do and eat. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be smart bigger tvs in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great"
