"It was exactly as expected for a budget hotel: reception friendly, room clean and quiet, and the ability to leave luggage on check-out day. One small negative was an email before I left home stating that the room was service-free and that any extra service required would be charged. Whilst I understood the conditions, it wasn't very welcoming, and a short 'thank you for staying with us' or 'we look forward to your visit' would have taken the unwelcome edge off it. "

"Arriva hotel is located in a convenience area close to King’s cross train station and St Pancras station; the street is quiet and safe neighborhood, there are many places to eat and buy food close by. The hotel’s room was bright, clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. I definitely stay in again."
