"They were able to accommodate my request for an early check in at 9am which was much appreciated as I was coming in intentionally and was exhausted. Beautiful facility. Art deco theme. Restaurant was clean and had tasty continental breakfast. Every staff member I encountered was polite, efficient and approachable. "

Staff were all very helpful and friendly, one even looking for where we were sat at breakfast to provide a picture of my daughters choice and crayons. There was a good seecyoon at breakfast and it was all cooked well and was tasty. Would stay again - my husband commented he would also as I didnt complain about anything!"

"The close proximity to the BP Plus Live was a huge bonus (as well as hotels free car park) though it was not a 5 minute walk as stated by staff - the entrance was more like 12 minutes. The noise of the train was annoying. On the plus side the evening meals were very good and reasonably priced. "
