"APAs are always reliable, but this one was exceptional. Since it's a newer hotel, it's immaculately clean. It borders the Otsuka train station on the Yamanote line yet is quiet and is convenient with abundant shopping and dining options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was outstanding-for an APA or for anywhere else. It had so many choices and the friendliest staff. The hot springs baths here were also better than other APAs. It had one indoor bath and then two more baths...

"Nice and Clean. But it needs to be a little cheaper, otherwise it's impossible for someone like me who is going back home temporarily for 2 weeks. It's fine for people whose company pays for it, but it's hard for individuals to stay for a long period of time."

"Overall it was very pleasant and convenient stay. The hotel location is perfect. Very close for few train stations and many restaurants and shops are in a very short walking distance. The Hotel has very nice Japanese ONSEN on the top floor which is very relaxing at the end of the day. The only downside is that I think it was too pricey for the room size."
