"Rooms very small, no bathroom, shower cubicle opens into bedroom with nowhere to hang towels or clothes, sharing a room with my 13yr old son and having to walk out of the shower into the room to retrieve towel an have nowhere to dress other than the shared space is not ideal. Kettle an cups provided but not tea/ coffee etc. Bus transfer was efficient and booked easily via the QR code in room "

"Perfect stay to end our Japan trip! Free shuttle to the airport and very close which made everything very smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and the room was very spacious and clean. They also had coin operated washers and dryers which was very convenient as well. "

"Great location for an early morning flight. Easy to find from the train station. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle is very handy. My only complaint is that I had booked a non-smoking room, however the room smelled strongly of stale smoke. It must have been a smoking room in a past life. "

"My room was cool though it does feel outdated. Sometime AC wont give you full AC if you keep sweating while your sleeping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay staff are very friendly. Their is a shuttle bus to airport but it's NOT FREE. Their is nl elevator for those who have disabilities be aware. I will stay again :) Thank you very much!"

"The hotel staff is great extremely nice and eager to help. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 I would highly suggest purchasing it. The attention to detail was great as well for example, the room keys were made of wood, which I think is a very nice touch. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here again. It also is in a very good location for anything that would want to be done during the night."
