"Easy and many self service check in kiosk made everything quick. Staff is there to help if needed. Hotel is above Osaka Station and shopping mall so literally every convenience is down the elevator. Rooms were decent size for Japan standards. Everything was clean and hotel provides daily housekeeping which our other hotels did not. The only small tiny ding is the location. The underground Namba walk was a cool experience. Next door downstairs had a supermarket that provided groceries at a good price. I highly recommend staying here. "A really beautiful room with a view to match. This room had everything we needed for a comfortable three night stay. The location was good, but if you want to be close to ‘the action’ you may want to find a place closer, as it was either a 30 minute walk into the centre or a metro ride in. One thing I really appreciated in the room was the bathroom mirror - it has excellent lighting, and made it a pleasure to do my makeup. The Phillips hairdryer was also a pleasure to use!"
