"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! Small, but very well designed and super comfortable! I had a great view of USJ from my window and was never too bothered with outside noise. This is the best hotel I've stayed at and for a very good price!"

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. "Great hotel that's right across the street from Dotonbori. As far as the room goes, my room was nice and spacious for a single bed. It was clean, the room amenities was adequate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Good price considering how close it is to Dotonbori. I would stay here again if I ever go back to stay in Osaka. "
