"Amazing hotel and service "

"Stayed at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda-Eki Tower for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The check-in process was a little confusing as it’s 100% self check-in so it was hard to navigate the screens. Room was great with a lot of amenities provided. Cleaning up of rooms by default is once every 3 days (for guests who stayed beyond 3 days), but fresh towels will be provided daily. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, and can be accessible by both the Tanimachi Line and Midosuji Lines (though Midosuji is a bit further). Overall, I think the hotel was a good one. However, one might want to cater an additional 5-10 minutes to wait for the elevator, which will take awhile."

I did book the family room for the extra space, but due to the inclusion of bunks & a hallway there was no additional extra space, and the hotel moved us to a Premium King Room which was a better option (just my wife and myself)."

"Subway entrance just right next to the hotel, very convenient to the visitors. The busiest tourist shopping street is one street away. Good location to stay. "
