"The property is very close to Shin-Osaka train station. Close to a few good restaurants and convenience stores. The property is clean. They have a remote check-in. "The hotel is easy to access (next to train station even it is not the main station). Easy to check in (virtual reception) and we can storage our luggages as we arrive too early for check-in. It has a room which is specifically to storage luggages. The room is very clean. It is not too spacious but not too small as well for 4 of us (4 adults). The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us. The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer....

"Spacious and walkable 10 minute walk to Dotonburi strip. Easy access to transit, ubering to other attraction in the city is 15-20minutes. Well priced for 5days stay with 5 adults. Minimal area for improvement: 1. AC and heat was a bit hard to control 2. adding lotion on top of shampoo, conditioner and body wash would complete the whole experience. "

"It was good to have a kitchenette and washing/drying facilities in the room. Pretty much had everything we needed. If you were staying for a longer time and planning to eat in more then maybe more dinnerware, etc would be required. Bathroom was a bit cramped"

"I like the strong water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. Great and easy communication with property management. Easy access to train stations and Dotonborri. What is missing are the clothes dryer and iron. Everything else is great."
