"Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had a really enjoyable experience. It was Mother’s Day weekend and myself and mum arrived at reception to be greeted with complimentary afternoon tea. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were fully equipped and spotless. Even having an umbrella to use. Lots of little details that made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be returning and have told all our family and friends about our experience. Location was great. "

"The front desk was super helpful! They were kind, positive, helped us find a closer location for our rental car return that wasn't the airport, and general positive attitude. The beds were comfortable. The apartment clean. Proximity to the train station couldn't be beat. Literally a 30 second walk out the front door, One of our group was traveling to the airport and the others on a train to London. Great location."

"Excellent oasis given Manchester's non stop construction. A rocking bar of sorts in front of the property as well to enjoy. The staff was excellent and stepping into the foyer was welcoming and warm. Room was great as were the amenities. Neat microwave and convection oven combo but the controls were confusing.
