The outside of the building and the communal area are well kept, the rest not so much. Child bed on a slope and really sensitive wheels(not great combo) with beddings so small it does not tuck in even with the spare dark one provided. The hot water faucet did not dispense hot water all the time, found hair that was not mine in the bath tub, cheapest 2 ply toilet paper. No free internet in the room...I could go on. For £185 x night I'd expect more comfort than what what available.

Unfortunately not the best experience… customers being told they cannot check in without having ID, no mention of this anywhere on Expedia! Bouncers policing customers with valid keycards and then humiliating them in my eyes infront of other residents of the hotel. Not in the best repair the rooms are basic

Probably the worst stay in a hotel ever, only booked this hotel to pretty much get ready in and sleep in, after I come back from this event to get some sleep, the bathroom was flooded from the room above and it took hours to sort out a new room when it was 5am, no one was quick about sorting and can honestly say I won’t be staying there again.
