"OK, so we quickly realised this place is being used for socially housing homeless/asylum/those in need. Receptionist who greeted us, young lad, very pleasant and polite and helpful. "The staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful. Good room service for the breakfast. The room was fairy clean as was the bathroom . Apart from small stain on the bed sheet, a little bit of broken plaster around the window .The Window was dirty. And the heating dident come on so was a little bit cold in the night. "
