"The capsule, despite being so densely occupied is super quiet and comfortable. There’s enough wiggle room for 1 in the pod. It’s super clean and smack in the middle of the shopping street Kawaramachi. Breakfast is nothing to shout about but very nice gesture by the facility. Lovely space :)"

"I’ve been to many capsules across Japan and my stay here was at the too. Yes, I’ve stayed in Kyoto, Osaka, but wanted to spend a few days in Ōtsu and experience a slower pace and so glad I did! The reviews on Google and Orbitz rated The Calendar high so I gave it a try and I was not disappointed. However, I do need to mention if you are sensitive to smell you might notice the slight scent of smoke. The entire capsule is non-smoking, however there is a smoking room, that when smokers return it...

"I had a pleasant stay at First Cabin Nijojo. The location was excellent for transportation, making it convenient to explore the area. However, it felt somewhat crowded compared to my experience at First Cabin Roppongi in Tokyo, which I personally preferred. Despite this, the overall experience at First Cabin Nijojo was positive. I appreciate the service provided during my stay."
