"Stayed here for 5 nights with my adult children during cherry blossom season. We were so impressed with the hotel and its staff we changed our plans to travel to Osaka, and instead extended our stay in Kyoto two more nights. The hotel is centrally located near great shopping, restaurants, sites, and transportation. The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and beds are luxuriously comfortable after a day of seeing beautiful Kyoto. Breakfast buffet is delicious and served in a beautiful room. I only wish the hotel bar was open in the evening so we could linger longer, but there are plenty of bars nearby."

"Excellent hotel in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. A stone's throw away from the Umekoji train station and a few minute walk from bus stops. The Family Mart downstairs is very convenient. Room is very spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very nice and attentive. Onsen was clean and a good first experience for the kids. Facilities are clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. "
