The neighborhood was quiet and accessible For taxis or walking to Gion, all the temples The staff was quite friendly and so helpful When we ask for taxi they order the taxi And then they help communicate with the drivers to get us to the right place esp with language barrier. That is a nice touch. They have laundry area with efficient and fast washers and dryer. The room is spacious with wonderful separate Toilet and shower. I would just suggest They place more sockets or outlet on each side of the bed. Most of all the breakfast was the ultimate luxury . The Cicon bakery was the best I’ve Had. The restaurant had exemplary dishes That we went back twice to eat there During our stay. Thank you again The hotel was a great discovery. "

"Great location, just a few minutes walk to Kyoto station, which is key to travel and shop. We booked deluxe twin room, nice space, but the bed was too small to share with children (we are a family of 3), bit overall it’s comfortable."
