"Enjoyed a 3 night stay. Quiet area but short drive to lots of lovely places. Breakfast had a good choice. Like a lot of buffets the food could have been hotter. We managed to use the pool and hot tub on 2 occasions, you just have to keep checking for a quiet time. The pool area around the hot tub has some signs of slight mould. Jack who served in the bar and restaurant was lovely, he really couldn’t do enough for you and was constantly checking with guests if they needed anything. Malcom less so when asked if there were any chef specials available instead of apologising for something advertised not being available, I was told they were far too busy to be bothering with Chef specials.Bed comfortable, room a nice size with a good shower room. Busy hotel and would stay again if we were in the area. "

"Fabulous stay! Lovely large room with a river view, twoi comfy chairs to watch the world go by. We had a comfy bed and all te facilities anyone would need. Well definitely stay there again. Oh, and lovely, polite and helpful staff. "

"We had a wonderful time the staff was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. It was like staying with family. Couldn't have been any better, thanks so much. Audrey and Mark the managers run a great staff. Even though the hotel was going through a renovation and name change from Sleeperz to Four Point Flex by Sheraton they made our stay comfortable and put us first and kept everything clean and tidy. We would like to thank all the staff members expecting Shannon, Ruben, Gabriel, Sebastian, Lauren, Michael, and Julie for making our week stay so welcoming. We will be back again some day. "The hotel were very helpful when requesting a slightly earlier check in due to attending a family wedding and needing to get a 3 year old ready to be a flower girl before hand. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was very spacious and the large bath was amazing! Breakfast was very expensive, especially for pastry's, orange juice etc but hit the spot."

"Super friendly staff who were able to accommodate my late arrival. Clean and well-furnished room with fridge and bath and other conveniences. Directly across from the train station and within a few minutes walk from popular shopping, nightclubs, restaurants, and convenience stores. Nestled between the gay district and historic sights, 10-15 minute walk from Chinatown, Eldon Square, and St. James's Park."
