"Hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for you, our room (26) was perfect, balcony that looked out onto the castle and the music in the drawing room made a perfect castle atmosphere, breakfast was lovely and the staff even do a guided tour of the place with history information and even a video when you get onto the castle roof, would definitely stay again."

"The room was beautifully clean and spacious. The bed was harder than usual. The swimming area was fantastic, very busy on a sat we had to wait about 30 mins. Sunday the spa was very quiet which was great! The restaurant was a disappointment, ordered lamb pie and it was pure fat. It took an hour to arrive so the offer to cook another meal was not an option I wanted to take as I was past being hungry. The pub restaurant down stairs was grubby and unclean, it put us off eating there. There were...
