I would have given five stars but the heating in the room was broken and some of the furniture in the room is-was a little shabby in places where you really notice it. Executive lounge is very useful nicely supplied and thoughtfully located. Great view of the city.

Good views of the Tyne bridge and quayside. Generally a pleasant visit. The food in the restaurant for the evening meal and for breakfast was not very good despite good service by serving staff.

Our stay was great. Comfy beds, lovely staff and a lovely view of the city. This being said, the parking was a bit of a shock to find out we had to pay £15 for overnight parking.

Staff very friendly, provides a great breakfast. Hotel is in a good location to see the sights has parking though £15 a day. Rooms clean a little dated in places though new bathroom which was great, nice and quiet and a nice play to stay.
