Perfectly situated within the city. Train and metro right next door. Ability to walk easily for food, drinks, and site seeing. A plus was we were able to check-in a couple hours early after an all night flight.

Honestly loved my stay here. Staff were amazing, bed uber comfy and room nice and clean. Only reason for slight mark down on facilities was the TV remote was poor, probably just needed batteries changing but very very slow at changing channels, but as I say this was simply a little annoying. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel. Fab area too. Lots to do.

Super friendly staff who were able to accommodate my late arrival. Clean and well-furnished room with fridge and bath and other conveniences. Directly across from the train station and within a few minutes walk from popular shopping, nightclubs, restaurants, and convenience stores. Nestled between the gay district and historic sights, 10-15 minute walk from Chinatown, Eldon Square, and St. James's Park.

Friendly staff at check in. We had a great room on the top floor which was comfortable. We only had a few minor things which didn’t give it full marks as the room was very hot but admittedly there was a fan in the wardrobe also the floor creaks which was quite distracting when the neighbouring room was moving around. Fantastic location in town at a fantastic price

Second stay at this property, great location and lovely staff. Room was very disappointing. Exceptionally small and although I booked a double room the room was so small it wasn’t a double bed, more a 3/4 bed which was very disappointing.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are a great size, perfect for travelling as a group. Everything was very clean and the facilities were great. The member of staff who greeted us on arrival and departure wasn’t particularly friendly or informative but it wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Great hotel. Very lovely decor. Great location across the road from station and in the heart of the city. Sound proof rooms as didn’t hear a thing from the wedding that was on or people coming and going from room on the floor being a Saturday night. Great breakfast with lots of options. Good sized room and very hot water available in evening and morning. Mini bar in room if you like that and small 24/7 room service menu available.
