This hotel is excellent. The rooms are a great size, perfect for travelling as a group. Everything was very clean and the facilities were great. The member of staff who greeted us on arrival and departure wasn’t particularly friendly or informative but it wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Reception staff at the hotel side were lovely and welcoming. Room was just as pictures. We stayed in a City Double, Hotel felt safe, you had to buzz in after midnight. Breakfast was also good, plenty of options. We would def stay again. We are now awaiting our deposit back, which will be within 14 days as per their T&C’s.

Lovely room and nice shower. Very noisy till gone 01:00am- could definitely do with better sound proofing! People shouting, sirens, bottle recycling. It was grim. Stayed in Cardiff city centre the night before and zero street noise.
