"I wanted to stay a extra day and zoe the reception supervisor was very helpful in helping me to achieve this with no problems i would highly recommend this hotel right next door to the train station and a few minutes to city center and also i found all staff to be helpful and friendly cant wait to visit again hopefully in july "

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Langley Castle! The staff is fabulous, we definitely recommend taking the tour. Dinner was a work of art, the duck confit was unbelievably delicious. Breakfast was very tasty. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The Derwentwater Suite was a gem. Highly recommend this property and we will want to visit again!"

"Good stay overall. No major faults or complaints. Staff were friendly on arrival, room was clean, beds comfy. Only fault was my Mum broke her toe as they hadn’t put the bed fully together and she hadn’t noticed until she tripped on it and her toe is now broke lol. But apart from that the stay was good. "

"Lovely staff, especially the Irish waitress in the mornings (didn’t catch her name) great location. Decor is wonderful. One criticism would be that the safe in the rooms are too low, when you are of a certain age it becomes a bit of a problem having to get on all fours to use it"
