Generally Hotel still in good condition & offers lively environment close to many facilities in Newcastle. Initial reception interaction for booking in was prompt & curious if a little lacking on explanations, especially that you had to request daily room service? But overall still good value for money & brilliant for football ground.

The property was conveniently situated for the city and everything we need to do. But it’s on a main road and you could hear traffic noise. Whilst we have coffee and tea facilities it would have been nice to be provide with water too

Modern hotel, well situated for the shops, parking nearby provided by a 3rd party at a reduced rate. The hotel is situated on a busy road opposite St James Park and can be a bit noisy at times. The room was clean and well maintained but it contained a king size bed so the access to one side of the bed was a bit restricted. The bathroom had a walk-in shower so the floor got a bit wet a times

Hotel appeared tired. Both common spaces as well as my room incl bathroom. The gym was a reason for choosing the hotel, due to a need to do exercises post surgery, but it was out of commission, which I wasn't made aware of ahead of the trip. Breakfast choices were of low quality: coffee, sausages, beans.
