"The pub itself is very good. Food and service excellent. Our room was very tired and inneedof updating. The worse thing was the bed, which had a coil sprung mattress which was one of the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. We were offered a room change for the second night, but it was Christmas day and we had to travel into Henley for the day so couldn’t wait long enough for a room to be ready for us. "Heathrow was a long layover for me. I arrived too late in the day to see the sites. I took the Hotel Hoppa from the airport. The hotel was quiet despite being by the airport. My room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was good and the service great. It was a nice respite from my travels. "

"As a place to stay on our last night on holiday the hotel is well coated for Heathrow. The room was clean, well appointed and while the prices for drinks and snacks weren’t cheap, we were able to eat and have a relaxing last night before our flight. The breakfast was very good - and whoever runs the hotel knows their stuff - the service from all staff we interacted with was friendly and professional. "

"Lovely hotel warm and inviting. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of dishes, coffee was terrible though. I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again."
