"Can’t beat the central location. Main reception and bar areas are very grand. The rest of the areas up to the rooms are definitely showing their age. Rooms quite dark and walls are very thin for noise from other rooms "

"Simple check in. Room was exceptionally Clean and very spacious. Good selection of hot drinks and bottled water in room. Very large TV with good selection of channels. Parking is on street and free at weekend, quite narrow street and cars each side but found a place OK near the hotel. 10 min walk to town centre. No food at hotel but was recommended breakfast at the Ascot which they booked for us and is100m away, and excellent quality for £15 each."

"The property was ideally located for the centre of Harrogate. The public areas of the property were very good but our room, whilst comfortable, was a little tired. Our hosts were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. "
