"This property situated very close to Harrogate town Centre and the proprietors jan and Mark are the most friendly helpful people you could wish for. the breakfast was stunning. The choices were lovely. A couple of times I had the smoked salmon scrambled egg and mushrooms which set me up for the day. The room is super clean. The bed was really comfortable and it was a wonderful place to stay."

"The bed room was fine for a single person. Room not warm but heater provided. Bed very comfortable. Although 3 coach parties Dining Room well organised......had to wait for the lift !! Vale for moneyt MJD"
