"Jan was very welcoming.We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

"I have stayed before & I like the place & people; slightly disappointed that there was no effort to clear the car park of snow or indeed the path up to the door - it was very dangerous. No grit or salt laid either. They did say they had a shovel ! "
