"Loved our stay. A few minor irritations: No fridge in room so no fresh milk or cold water. Great bath but shampoo and body wash bolted to the wall out of reach! Opted for no sheet or towel change but that meant no clean cups or glasses. But great food and friendly staff in a lovely location."

"I and my 5 other friends loved this hotel. It was reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and efficient, and it was clean and centrally located with easy parking available. Old world elegance. The hallway carpet needed replacing, but all in all it was a wonderful stay."

"The bar and dining area are unique and exceptional. So relaxed and welcoming. Love that there was a lift even though we didn’t use it often. "

"Wow! What a gem of a place! We stopped here as seeing Jimmy Carr at the convention centre, which is less than 5 mins walk to there. Upon arrival welcomed by a lady to give us the room key, as we checked in online the day before she upgraded our room and it was perfect! Huge room, lovely and clean and it’s a beautiful surroundings. The bed was extremely comfy, the bathroom was huge and a lovely area infront of the bay windows to sit and look out on the quiet leafy streets. The breakfast the following morning was lovely and very filling. We checked out and asked if we were able to park on the street while we spent the day in Harrogate, she told us we were able to stay in the carpark which was very nice of her, The carpark is small but had no bother parking. Excellent hotel , beautiful area and great stay. Would definitely recommend and would would if were we to come Harrogate again. "
