"The only slight problem I had was with my keycard,it wouldn't open the door on a couple of occasions,I had to trail down to reception to get it sorted. Apart from that it was a perfect overnight stay."

"Lovely hotel. Close to harrogate centre. Lovely bar area, recently refurbished . The new Amber restaurant was amazing. Rooms a bit dated and tatty. Have not been decorated in years ( I stayed here in 2018 and still the same decor. Bed comfy and big rooms. "

Only gripe if it is one, was the £15 parking charge per night to stay, yes it is in the booking info once you get past the “parking available” it then says the cost, unfortunately I just looked at the parking available option. "Ideally located in the centre of town. Rooms are spacious with good size bathroom. All clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a little disappointing-as with ‘self service’ it is about timing so it is a matter of luck how long the food has been sat on a ‘warmer’ and they are never hot enough to start with. All staff were pleasant and tried their best. For £245 a night I think the food should be a better standard."
