"I really liked this hotel it is super close to Times Square and other places of interest, the only thing I didn't like was the treatment of the employees who serve breakfast they do not serve the guests with calm and they want to serve you what they want not what you want to choose. Breakfast is not a buffet, it's a paper bag with a croissant, banana and juice. In addition to this, the room was super cold, maintenance went quickly to fix the problem but we could no longer turn the air on or off, it was necessary to call for maintenance, they gave us a room in the "exclusive area" with a beautiful view but without access to a refrigerator, microwave or ice. They are small details that can be easily improved but otherwise I really liked this hotel."
