"A truly magical stay. From when we checked in, we were delighted by all the little things the Hilton did right. Whilst we are not frequent hotel users, it was amazing to stay somewhere and witness a next-level establishment where all the staff nailed their roles to perfection. Check in staff were lovely, room was strikingly well cleaned. The staff at breakfast knew our room number from memory which was next-level impressive. "

"Clean and tidy, staff are friendly. Close to flinders st train station around 5 to 10 mins walk, tram outside the hotel. Not the most convenient spot but transport is easily accessible. Location is a bit off the main cbd and it gets a bit quiet at night. I found it not very safe to stay out too late as I travelled alone with a young child but no problem for a group of ppl. Pillow was not comfy bed was ok. Overall stay was good. However will try other hotels next time we visit Melbourne. "
