"Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend "

"Loved our stay at the Dorsett Melbourne. Rooms were beautiful, staff friendly, location central and our favourite was the swimming pool & heated spa. Perfect to relax after a long day walking around the city. Next time we come back to Melbourne, we will definitely be staying at the Dorsett."

"Great location and that's mostly what you are paying for. The hotel and the room were fine but definitely get some ear plugs and be prepared to hear everyone in the rooms around you. The staff were wonderful!"

"The Victoria Hotel is arguably the best value accomodation in the heart of Melbourne. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Easy access to most things on foot or trams within a two minute walk. Highly recommend this property."

"Serves the purpose if you need a place to stay to catch an early flight. Feels safe, staff are friendly. The restaurant’s food is O.K., but don’t recommend the paella. Other dining options are a close distance, but mostly junk food. Overall, we had a good stay."

"The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was better than we expected. Really lovely large bathroom. The only criticism was the bed sheets & quilt could have been cleaner there were some stains on them "

"The hotel is in a need for renovation. The bathrooms are way too old. We visited the hotel also about 7 years ago and it’s aging quickly. It’s conveniently located within a walking distance to the grounds of Australian Open tennis tournament (the reason for our staying there), but for the next visit to Melbourne we will select a different hotel."
