"This hotel offered breathtaking views of the lake. My husband and I opted for a room with a private open air bath which was amazing. Note though that the bath only fits one person at a time, and there is no view of the lake which was disappointing. Instead we faced a weird parking lot. "The staff was so lovely and polite and very accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. They provide plenty of shuttles to get around to the bus and train stations. Also very accommodating for food. The onsen and amenities were lovely. Toyoma handled our check in and was so wonderful. Our dinner server was Bishnu and he was also so so helpful and kind"
