"Hi Hilton Odawara team, Thank you for your warm hospitality and perfect service. My family and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, the beautiful view from my room was magnificent. We will never forget such incredible scenery. "As a repeat guest I was generally satisfied. Not blown away, but satisfied. The unexpected : lI had to call housekeeping twice to change the ground sheet on one of the beds, first time because my daughter identified mould, the second time to change it because of holes. Why would a sheet with holes get missed ? The dinner was to expectations but the breakfast was very sub-par. What annoyed me the most was the 2 pieces of French toast, not only were they too soft and guey in texture, but...

"Amazing hotel combined traditional with modernness. We had a large tatami room with regular beds and a Japanese futon bed. It was large and comfortable. Breakfast was Japanese style which we loved. Our daughter however, can not get past eating rice and fish for breakfast. The hotel is not conveniently located, not easily walkable from the train train station. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to and from train station but stops at 5 pm. You will have to take a taxi, if you return...

"Was in the new building, had a private open air bath. Room was a good size. Dinner and breakfast was enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. "

"Loved the hotel! Be aware public Japanese baths mean sharing the hot springs experience with no clothing. It is separated by gender. We picked the private baths. When we wanted 3 different baths per member of the family, they suggested we only book 1 private bath and we could wear our bathing suits. It was great. There is a room with different types of massage chairs- one for whole body, another for feet, and another for feet and legs. We picked the half board meals. The first night was...

"Such a nice place to relax and take a moment to enjoy where you are. Food was amazing and staff made you feel at home. Was one of my favourite places to stay. Bed was a little too hard for my partner but good for me. You wear your traditional Japanese pajamas throughout the hotel which added to feeling relaxed. I would recommend private onsen, I used it so much and so glad we opted for it."
