"The Loews Miami Beach is a really nice property in a good area. We wanted to find something that was on the beach but also an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. This hotel is only a block north of the end of Ocean drive, and the Loews has its own gated entrance to the beautiful Miami Beach Ocean Walk, which goes all the way down to the tip of South Beach. Our room was clean and nice with a great ocean view. The property is well maintained with staff everywhere. We'll be back!"

"Close enough to get to activities on Ocean Drive far enough to enjoy life at the pool! DJ was amazing so fun poolside was popping! Close enough to Whole Foods but hotel offered good choices also. Had a wonderful stay"

"Although we had to change rooms twice, due to cleaning and air conditioning, they addressed the issues quickly and our final room was actually larger. The use of the beach facilities at the Sagmore were a great addition. "

"Not only were the beds small (not double beds like advertised), one of them was broken. Never reached the front desk every time we tried to call down. "

"This was a very cute and beautiful clean property. Everything was amazing except for the following: the hotel website states that they have a complimentary Golf cart to take you up to one mile away. However, this is not true. The Golf cart is only available if a certain employee is available, if it is not too busy and the employee himself stated that the golf cart is only to be taken to the beach which is is not a restriction listed at all on the website. Additionally, the expedia details...

"Like great location. Many staff friendly and kind. Property was very quiet other than one night. Very disappointed no upgrade when most days it was low occupancy especially with construction 3rd, 4th, 5th day with no mention at booking nor any compensation. Main Restaurant closed same days. $$ two of nights and this just fell flat for me. Stayed here in past May consider alternative, I will give credit for Prosecco and chocolate marshmallow in my room for my birthday"
