"This place is a great location to be in the middle of the historic center. The rooms with balconies have the best view. It includes breakfast which is the same thing every morning chilaquiles with huevos. The front desk staff isn’t the most welcoming. They need some coaching on what great customer service is and how to make people feel welcomed and valued to be at your hotel. If there is a line of people please acknowledge them and let them know you’ll be right with them instead of ignoring...
