"The staff, amenities, and property were all great. All exactly what you’d expect for a semi high end hotel. The only negative to the stay was the bed. My wife and I stayed in a suite. The bed was very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs in the mattress. My main use for a hotel is somewhere to sleep and that was difficult due to the mattress. "

"This was my second time staying at Hotel Solar de Las Animas and compared to other hotels in the area, they are by far the best. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and it is so amazing being able to just step outside the hotel and already be in la plaza. I am planning to return to Tequila later this year and I will stay here again. If you can afford it, since it is more expensive than other hotels in the are, do it. It is definitely worth it. "
