"Updated nice property with clean comfortable rooms. Not necessarily a scenic location but quiet and safe with an upscale shopping mall and restaurants nearby. Rooms are not luxurious but have nice amenities. The standard king room had a sectional sofa bed, coffee bar, fridge, granite countertops, plenty of outlets for charging, extra bedding, glasses, mugs, coffee/tea. Easy, free, safe-feeling parking."

"It’s a historic hotel in the old town of Placerville. The staff were very friendly. We had parking for our car. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but the room was quiet. It was great to be in walking distance of shops and wonderful restaurants! "

"The only thing I am having issues with and this is not specific to this property but all Marriot properities is the release of the deposit on my card. It is on there from every Marriot hotel I have stayed at over the last 3/4 weeks. "
