There was a huge homeless population around the property, but it did not impact our stay at the hotel itself. You never saw any of the homeless people in the parking lot or hanging around the hotel itself. We felt safe there.

Bed sheets were really old and with stains. They need to be replaced, hair on the sheets, probably from staff (we hope). Area around hotel not great since it is next I5, but the property yard and parking was fine. But we wouldn't stay again.

The ladies at the front desk so nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean. And loved that they had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in their showers! Definitely booking here again.

The rooms are clean and Johnathan was great! The area is sketchy.. there is a greyhound station really close which I’m sure attracts some of the indigent population.. but I felt safe.. as long as I stayed in my room..!

This is almost a diamond in the rough. There were a few more minor things that could be updated to make this place even better (like better shower heads), but especially with the price we paid, it felt like a great deal. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice area to spread out. We had a great visit.

Dated but clean and comfortable. Shuttle pickup was very slow at airport but excellent on way back. Breakfast is basic. Area is terrible with talk all over and people living in the streets. Not many dining choices
