"There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation. It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. "The breakfast here is excellent. I was truly surprised by the spread they have. The pillows could have been more stuffy and the bathroom door wouldn’t close because a hinge came off the door frame. Also, we were hoping to use the hot-tub, which is why I booked and it was not operational for a while now. Wish there was a way to inform at the time of reservation."
