"I have stayed at this motel several times and won't stay anywhere else because they are the nicest and friendliest staff in Reno. They are always so nice and treat you with kindness. The rooms are always clean and they have the best pet potty areas all over and are very clean. This is the best place to stay in Reno and I have been to 5 star hotels and no one is as nice as they are here. It is so refreshing these days to be treated kindly. It seems like customer service is a thing of the past...
