I would like to say I had a very pleasant experience at Hyatt South Reno! The concerns a lot of the reviews mentioned were not experienced during our stay. The only thing that could be better are the pool hours which are 6am-7am currently. Besides that, pool is nice and heated. Jacuzzi available. Nice gym to workout at. In the Room, the Tvs have built in Chromecast so you could rent a movie on YouTube and just stream it to the TV. Staff was very friendly! Will definitely come back!

My only issue was having to educate the person who checked me about service dogs and ADA law. My daughter is disabled and has an actual, real service professionally trained. The lady was trying to charge the pet fee which would be illegal under ADA law. Eventually she agreed but it took some time which shouldn't be case. Other than everything else was fine.

The hotel recently opened, it was very clean and we were happy with the room. The breakfast was good, but they had trouble keeping things refilled (coffee and certain food items). The hotel is located in a large outdoor strip mall, so there is shopping, a Trader Joes and restaurants close by. Overall, highly recommend.

The room is very clean. The king suite is quite big. The only problem is that the AC furnace is in the bed room and it generate a lot noise, we tried to turn off it from the thermometer but it does not work.

Overall it was great! I check in with my 2 dogs and was greeted with doggie treats for them. The room was excellent with soooooo much space and everything look new. The only thing I wasn’t a fan it was the parking situation.

I like the newly built hotel. One thing annoying me is that i cannot really stop the air conditioner. Even i turned off the thermostat, the fun is still blowing, making the room really dry at night. Otherwise it us really good.
