"We had a few encounters with rudeness from staff. The pillows were very uncomfortable and went flat straight away. My husband didn’t appreciate having to pay extra for parking. The hotel itself is very beautiful and decorated for Christmas. The room was very spacious and lovely."

"Great clean very affordable place to stay"

"All was very good during our two night stay. Three rooms for our family. BUT! So much family time was wasted because of the very very slow elevator service. Especially the first day/night. We waited for what seemed to be only two working elevators and when one would finally come it was too full to enter. All staff were friendly, room clean and comfortable. But we have no time to waste when my family is together trying to meet up in the lobby. Was there something wrong with elevators or? "
